Negotiating the Offer

Your BMG partner will stay in touch with regular communication intervals. These are typically scheduled in advance to ensure that there is a regular and consistent forum for feedback. At BMG, our retainer fees are tied to efficient performance. Our unique "Pay-for-Performance" pricing model combines the best of all recruiting worlds. We marry the professional service delivery of traditional retained firms with the timeliness of contingency. There are no additional or hidden costs for expenses. We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction.

Our model guarantees our performance in 21 and 45 day intervals and allows a no risk option to engage our highest level of service.

The general outline of those terms is 30% fee based on the first year's estimated cash compensation. As mentioned above, there is absolutely no financial risk for you in the first 21 days. If you are unhappy with our results during the initial 21 day period, we will refund your money in its entirety.
