Russel Settles hired to lead BMG Career Services
Russell L. Settles, PHR-has been hired to lead Bradford Management Group's Outplacement/Career Transition Services practice called BMG Career Services. He is highly regarded for his client centric approaches in human capital development, employee engagement, career transitions and improving workforce effectiveness.
Formerly with Right Management, he was instrumental in building their Charlotte market. After 5 successful years laying the foundation, he was promoted to Carolinas Market Vice-President. In that role where he was able to assemble and lead top producing sales and service delivery teams which doubled revenues and achieved a client retention rate of 95%.
Prior to entering the Outplacement/Career Consulting world Russ spent over a decade working in Human Resources in a variety of roles including: Generalist, Training/Development, Employee Relations, and TQM.
Russ holds a lifetime accreditation as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and he is an ordained Episcopal deacon. He and his wife live in Charlotte, NC.
